Spring Clean-Up is scheduled for April 26, 2025 from 8-11:30a.m.
Neighborhood Garage Sales June 5-7, 2025
Fall Cleanup is scheduled for October 4, 2025 8am-11:30am (Paper Shredder will be onsite)
Annual Election of Officers - Jan 6, 2026 at 7pm (Location to be announced at a later date)
Commons Ground
***Boats, Kayaks, or Personal Flotation devices are not allowed on the PONDS***
***Bicycles, Mopeds, UTV, ATV, or Scooters are not allowed on Commons Ground***
HOA Message Board
** The HOA requires all holiday Lights to be taken down by March 1, 2025**
**HOA dues for the 2025 year will not be increased and will remain the same at $216.00**
** The HOA is kindly asking for all homeowners to kindly ask your children to stay off the ponds when they are frozen. The ice is thin and we don't need any accidents**
**Liens that are issued will be turned over to collection agency after it's filed**

Aberdeen is a covenanted community with 490 homes with 5 catch and release fishing ponds. We maintain a clean and friendly neighborhood by working together and completing projects that the homeowners request within our budget.

​Aberdeen is located in Northwest Wichita. This association is located just Northeast of 119th and 21st street. We are close to the New Market Square shopping center and have many restaurants in close proximity.
There are many doctor and health care facilities located close by with pharmacies close by to.
Annual Dues
Aberdeen HOA dues are due on or before March 1, 2025 for the amount of $216.00. For each month the payment is late, beginning on March 2, 2025, there will be a $15.00 late fee added, not to exceed $90.00.
